Aeschylus
0525 - 0446

One of the three (with Sophocles and Euripides) great Greek playwrights whose work survives and continues to be studied. Aeschylus wrote as many as 90 plays, about seven of which remain. Author of The Oresteia, Prometheus Bound, and other works.

from Agamemnon
